REFUND POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of the items, all items are final sale. Items may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of purchase.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEMS?
We generally do not ship out wrong merchandise, but if you happen to receive something other than what you ordered, please send an email to connect@wearhouse.store with the confirmation of your order and the items you purchased. If indeed we are at fault, we will send a shipping label to return the item(s), and exchange it for the correct merchandise.
PROCESSING EXCHANGE
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your exchange will be processed. Once processed, you will be notified and pay for reshipping.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
ONLINE STORE CREDIT
If you wish to not exchange, we will gladly issue you store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. Store Credit can be used immediately and never expires.
Gift cards, e-gift certificate, and final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) shipped.
